"Elyse Pin Publisher" is a personal automation tool built for the sole use of its owner, Elyse Dolfman, to manage her own Pinterest business account (@edolfman, "Elyse the Affiliate"). It is not offered to the public and has no other users.
The app connects to Pinterest through Pinterest's official API and can access:
Your own Pinterest account information (account name and ID) — used only to confirm the app is connected to the correct account.
Your own boards and pins — read to see what's already posted (so the app doesn't publish duplicates) and to publish new pins.
Content you provide — pin titles, descriptions, and image files that you supply for publishing.
The app accesses only the Pinterest account that authorizes it. It does not access any other Pinterest user's data.
No third-party data collection. The app does not collect, store, or process data about anyone other than the account owner.
No sale or sharing of data. Nothing the app touches is sold, rented, or shared with any third party.
No tracking. The app does not use cookies, pixels, or analytics on any website or visitor.
No public offering. There is no sign-up, no user accounts, and no way for anyone other than the owner to use the app.
When you authorize the app, Pinterest issues access tokens. These tokens are stored on the owner's own private computer/server, are never transmitted to any third party, and are used only to communicate with Pinterest's API on the owner's behalf. Tokens are refreshed automatically as needed.
Pins created by the app may contain affiliate links (e.g., Amazon Associates links) in the pin's destination URL field. Each such pin includes a disclosure in its description, such as "As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases." Clicking these links is entirely voluntary.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised "last updated" date.
Questions about this policy can be sent to the account owner through her Pinterest profile (@edolfman).
